With the objective of positioning El Salvador as a premium, safe, and diverse tourist destination in the Spanish market, we developed a comprehensive influencer marketing and content strategy designed to showcase the country through an authentic, aspirational, and emotional perspective.

At a key moment for its international projection, the campaign aimed to generate real travel desire, highlighting the destination’s nature, culture, gastronomy, and exclusive experiences, as well as its potential as an emerging destination for tourism and investment.

The strategy was built around a powerful trip featuring trending creators and celebrities capable of generating high media interest and organic conversation. We selected profiles with strong recommendation power and affinity with lifestyle and entertainment, activating the trip with Mario and Óscar Casas alongside their partners — Ana Mena and Melyssa Pinto — two couples with major reach and very limited joint exposure up to that point.

We designed a staggered arrival to generate anticipation, conversation, and progressive hype, maximizing the impact of the content from the very first moment. The authenticity of the family trip and the real experience lived at the destination turned the campaign into a viral phenomenon, going beyond social media and generating organic amplification across digital media, press, television, and third-party profiles.

The result was a highly aspirational campaign with a strong earned media effect, which multiplied El Salvador’s visibility in Spain and reinforced its positioning as a top international tourist destination.
